FAQ and Policies
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Amid the ongoing uncertainty of Covid-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer a greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalities for cancellations. ALL NO SHOWS will be asked to pre-pay for appointments before scheduling. This will allow for clients that are waiting to get in sooner and or clients who might be waiting on my cancellation list. Please note that cancellations can only be made by calling 574-213-3261 or by sending a message here →
  • What is the policy on late arrivals?
    If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the studio at 574-213-3261 and let us know. If you show up late for your appointment, your services may be changed to fit the remaining time. If you are 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule for a future appointment and charge a late fee of $15.
  • What is the policy on no-shows?
    If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, without contacting the studio to cancel, you will be asked to pre-pay before being able to schedule an appointment. You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Clients who NO SHOW on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.
  • What types of payments are accepted?
    All major credit cards Venmo PayPal Check (Payable to Colorful Hair Studio) Cash
  • Is a deposit required before booking?
    A deposit of $50 will be required to secure any appointments over three hours long and will be credited to your service total.
  • What happens if bad weather causes me to miss my appointment?
    We DO NOT want you coming out. We will contact you and reschedule if needed. If you feel that you are unable to make it, and we are open for business, this policy will not apply either. Please note that cancellations can only be made by calling 574-213-3261 or by sending a message here →
  • What is the refund policy?
    There is a NO REFUND policy on services completed at my studio. I guarantee ALL services up to 7 days. If any issues arise please contact me at the studio immediately as I value you as my guest.
  • What is the return policy?
    Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or studio credit for up to 14 days. Used products and tools may only be exchanged or credited.
  • Are children allowed in the studio?
    Please note for everyones comfort and safety and to be able to enjoy their time here at Colorful Hair Studio. I ask that small children be supervised by an adult or when possible be left at home.
  • Are pets welcome in the studio?
    We love them too BUT per State Board Code we can't have them here, so PLEASE LEAVE THEM AT HOME. If not, this could result in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied. * Service animals are Welcome!* This restriction also applies to cats, birds, and any other animals.
